On September 29, Mr. Zhihong Cai, General Manager of Beijing Intcube Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Intcube"), and Mr. Xiaoyong Yang, Director and Co-Founder, participated in a donation ceremony with leaders from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) Weihai Campus (hereinafter referred to as "HIT (Weihai)"). Attendees included Vice President Shiyou Qu, Head of Alumni Affairs Taishao Zhang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Alumni Association Chunsheng Ye, Dean of the School of Economics and Management Dongping Han, Secretary Yonghe Hu, Assistant Dean Pengbin Gao, Vice Dean of the Entrepreneurship Business School Zhongbin He, and Director of the Accounting Management Department Peiying Zhang. Intcube donated the Intcube Booster and Intcube EPM platform systems to the School of Economics and Management at HIT (Weihai). The two parties will jointly establish a management accounting laboratory to cultivate talent in the field of budget performance.

Coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, HIT is also approaching its centennial celebration. Harbin Institute of Technology, affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was established in 1920 and is one of the first key universities included in China's "985 Project" and "211 Project." It ranks among the top 10 engineering universities in China. The School of Economics and Management at HIT (Weihai) offers six undergraduate programs and two master's programs, having cultivated a large number of professionals in fields such as accounting, international economics and trade, business administration, financial management, marketing, and information management and information systems.

Professor Xiaofei Xu, Vice President of HIT and President of HIT (Weihai), held a face-to-face meeting with Mr. Zhihong Cai, Mr. Xiaoyong Yang, and Ms. Jie Liu, a renowned female entrepreneur and HIT alumna. President Xu emphasized that the university's "products" are its students and research outcomes. He expressed hope that industry-academia collaboration would enhance the development of new "products" and student training. While adhering to HIT's motto of "Strict Standards and Solid Work," the Weihai campus has incorporated more economics, management, and humanities education to cultivate future industry and social leaders.

HIT is the alma mater of Mr. Zhihong Cai, General Manager of Intcube, and Mr. Xiaoyong Yang, Director and Co-Founder. Against the backdrop of economic globalization, approaches to enterprise information management are evolving. As representatives of HIT alumni, and in anticipation of the university's centennial celebration, Mr. Cai and Mr. Yang collaborated with HIT (Weihai) under an "industry-academia partnership" model. This initiative combines the strengths of HIT's School of Economics and Management in talent development with Intcube's technological and practical expertise to jointly establish an intelligent management accounting laboratory. The goal is to cultivate management accounting professionals with practical skills who are market-ready.

During the donation ceremony, Mr. Shiyou Qu emphasized the importance of industry-academia collaboration, leveraging the strengths of both parties to contribute to the cultivation of management accounting talent and the advancement of intelligent management in enterprises.
On the day of the ceremony, Mr. Zhihong Cai, General Manager of Intcube, engaged in an academic exchange with faculty and students from the School of Economics and Management. Over 100 students and teachers participated in the event. Mr. Cai delivered an academic report titled "Enhancing Enterprise Competitiveness through the Integration of Big Data Technology and Management Accounting," which sparked lively discussions among attendees. Students and faculty expressed strong interest in concepts such as multidimensional data modeling and dynamic intelligent management. Mr. Cai also introduced the characteristics and development trends of enterprise management informatization in the current environment and interacted with participants on hot topics in the field.
Intcube Booster and Intcube EPM can meet the requirements of both group and non-group enterprise management, enabling dynamic processes such as inter-departmental collaboration, strategy implementation, planning and reporting, information approval and adjustment, data consolidation, execution control, and budget analysis. Hands-on experience with Intcube EPM will help students gain a comprehensive understanding of the various processes and critical aspects of enterprise-wide budget management, deepening their practical knowledge of budget management systems and platforms.
As China celebrates its 70th anniversary and HIT approaches its centennial, the collaboration between HIT (Weihai) and Intcube to establish a "Management Accounting Laboratory" embodies the spirit of HIT. Through a teaching approach that combines "talent + technology + practice," the initiative aims to cultivate high-quality management accounting professionals for the nation, enterprises, and society, meeting the modern management and development needs of both businesses and administrative units.
