Product Upgrade Services
During the service period, customers are entitled to:
Upgraded software products (Version) with new features: Customers may request the latest version by calling the support hotline at 400-863-7155 or emailing support@intcubetech.com.
Maintenance release upgrades (Release): Customers receive upgrades for major maintenance versions during the service term.
Patch fixes and workarounds: For any software issues, timely patches or effective temporary solutions will be provided to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Product Support Services
Users receive assistance via hotline and email to resolve issues encountered during installation and use of Intcube software.
Services include:
Phone support: 24/7 hotline at 400-863-7155 for product inquiries, defect reporting, documentation queries, and technical guidance. Beijing Headquarters also provides landline support at 010-84922361, available Monday to Friday (9:30-18:30).
