Founded in 1970, CPPE has undertaken over 80% of China's large-scale oil and gas pipeline and gas storage facility survey and design projects. The company specializes in long-distance pipeline engineering, oil and gas storage engineering, oilfield surface construction, and urban gas engineering. Its integrated services include consultancy, feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed design, survey, and pipeline storage/transport technology research.

As a national industry leader, CPPE consistently provides cutting-edge technical support for pipeline survey and design in China. It has participated in the construction of all four of China’s major energy corridors. With the continuous expansion of CPPE’s operations, the need for comprehensive budget management to support corporate strategy implementation has become increasingly urgent. Focusing on the comprehensive budget management system and tailored to CPPE’s realities and management needs, it drives operational innovation with a emphasis on business-finance integration.

● Advancing Strategic Implementation: Fully implement comprehensive budget management group-wide with a "four-in-one" system oriented by strategic objectives, centered on business operations, enabled by budgeting tools, and secured through performance appraisal.

● Building an Integrated Business-Finance Platform: Transition offline budgeting online, fully mirroring user business scenarios. Incorporate multi-perspective historical data and multidimensional views to establish an integrated data processing model for budget reporting, financial management, and operational management.

● Ensuring Real-Time Data: Using Intcube Booster, ensure the integrity, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business-finance data throughout collection, consolidation, transformation, storage, and application. Enable real-time data refresh and promote regularized management of financial analysis data.

● Shortening the Budget Cycle: Move offline budget compilation online, using process variables to accelerate efficiency. Refine process management; the system shortens the budget cycle and improves reporting efficiency through automated reminders, resolving previous issues such as high communication costs and slow progress.
